8/9/2023 0 Comments Turnitin login and password![]() Information for students who are given Turnitin passwords: You should use only your student number in submitting assignments through Turnitin – please avoid providing any details that will compromise your privacy. While you are still a registered student and after you have left the university, your work will be retained under the university’s name in the Turnitin database and may be further reproduced and used for disciplinary investigations concerning other students. For training and FAQs please see the links below. Your tutor will inform you of the procedure. Assignments are submitted to Turnitin through the university’s Virtual Learning Environment, Blackboard. Your tutor may upload your assignment or may ask you to upload your assignment. Your first and last name and university e-mail address may be stored in the Turnitin database. Please note that your formal acceptance of the university’s regulations permits the use of originality checking software. Where applicable, you retain copyright on your original course work. When assignments are submitted to Turnitin a copy of the submitted work remains in the Turnitin database for the sole purpose of originality checking in future submitted assignments.
